How we operate

Things start happening as soon as we have a first contact from a customer either by email or phone. If you email us you will have a reply within 1 business day, usually faster.

  • We will arrange to either meet the customer at the property for a free consultation , or if they are unavailable we can inspect the lawn without them, after receiving permission from them to access the lawn.
  • At the property we will assess the size of the lawn, and the condition of the lawn to plan options for improvement and ongoing care.
  • The customer will be given an honest assessment of the lawn along with possible options and pricing indications for improvement and maintenance work. The lawn owner will also be asked what their expectations are of how they would like their lawn to improve.

A beautiful lawn well maintained creates a great ambience and peacefulness. However it only happens with input of time and skill and an ongoing lawn care program.
